Marc Anthony Lafrance, is the President and is a duly licensed General Contractor, with many years of experience in the field. He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Design from Florida International University. Mr. Lafrance is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Home and Property Inspector and a Certified Mold Assessor. He is also a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor and a Certified Lead Renovator. As President, Mr. Lafrance oversees the daily operations of the company. This includes managing all projects, estimating, scheduling and administrating. He possesses a vast knowledge of modern technologies and has great leadership abilities. With Marc Anthony Lafrance’ strong academic background he endeavors to lead the company to great success.
Mia Marquisa Lafrance, is the Vice President of MAYA CONSTRUCTION and is an educator with a Master’s Degree in Education and an Educational Specialist degree who is also trained in construction management for the past 10 years. She takes a proactive approach to human resources related matters and prepares safety materials for the company. Mrs. Lafrance directs the administrative function of the business and drives a wide range of company initiatives. She is involved with the daily operation of the company; her strong organizational skills are instrumental for the company.
