Our goal is to deliver the Owner a problem-free building that will provide years of useful service. We perform post construction services as a part of one of the many project delivery systems or as a separate service to building owners that wish to engage MAYA CONSTRUCTION for a specific service to meet their needs. MAYA CONSTRUCTION provides the following post-construction services:
• Assemble and review warranty information
• Assemble and review operation and maintenance manuals
• Final inspection C.O. & C.U.
• Monitor near end of warranty period
• Punch list and project closeout services.
